DIRECTOR PUBLIC HEARING
 
The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D17-0013: Applicant is Geis Construction and Owner is Prologis – Southeast corner of Hopkins and Hansen Roads, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-220-12.  Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 225,000 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209)831-6428, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org.
 
D17-0019: Applicant is HPA Architects and Owner is Prologis – Southwest corner of Hopkins Road and Bud Lyons Way, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-220-12.  Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 54,686 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209)831-6428, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org.
 
D17-0011: Applicant is HPA Architects and Owner is Prologis – Northeast corner of Irona Horse Parkway and Old Schulte Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-220-12.  Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 288,702 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209)831-6428, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org.
 
              All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the DS Director, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
