09 13 17 PC Public Hearing

  The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following: 

            ZA17-0009:  CITY-INITIATED ORDINANCE REGARDING TEMPORARY STORAGE CONTAINERS ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY - Public hearing to consider introduction of an ordinance adding a new Section 10.08.4243 to the Tracy Municipal Code relating to temporary storage containers on residential property. The proposed ordinance has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b), which pertains to activities that do not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. AMENDMENT TO TRACY MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD A NEW SECTION 10.08.3193 REGARDING MOBILE FOOD VENDORS -  The proposal (initiated by the Tracy City Council) is to amend the Tracy Municipal Code by adding a new Section 10.08.3193 to allow Mobile Food Vendors (such as food trucks) in certain zone districts within the City. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the general rule, because it does not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

 

            Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
