PUBLIC HEARING
 
The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 19, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D17-0003: Applicant is HPA and Owner is Prologis – Southwest corner of Capital Parks Drive and Hansen Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-120-05 – Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 664,000 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209)831-6428, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org.
 
D17-0005: Applicant is HPA and Owner is Prologis – East side of Paradise Road at Chabot Ct., Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 250-280-07, 250-280-08, 250-280-09 and 250-030-26 – Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 310,000 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements on a 10.6 acre site. The project is consistent with the General Plan EIR, certified 2/1/2011. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner, (209)831-6443, Nash.Gonzalez@cityoftracy.org.
 
               All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
