4 26 17 PC Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
 
D16-0023: Proposed Walmart Academy Addition - The Applicant is BRR Architecture, Inc. and the Property Owner is Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.  Public Hearing for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for a 7,615 sq ft training center addition to the existing Walmart Superstore located at 3010 W. Grant Line Road (Assessor’s Parcel Number 238-600-08).  The training center is for the training of Walmart employees and not a school for the general public.  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to in-fill development projects.  Questions may be directed to Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, 209-831-6430, or kimberly.matlock@cityoftracy.org
 
Public Hearing to Consider Revocation of Conditional Use Permit (CUP15-0008) for the Venu Nightclub to operate an eating and/or drinking establishment with entertainment after 11:00 p.m. at 1005 E. Pescadero Avenue, Unit #109, Tracy, California. The applicant is Harpreet Gill and the property owner is 51 NEWCO LLC. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
