The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider the following development application:
Application Number D16-0027: Development Review for the development of an approximately 120,000 square foot warehouse at 1447 Mariani Court, Tracy – The applicant is William Struett for TW Tracy, LLC – The proposal is to develop an approximately 120,000 square foot warehouse building and related parking, utilities, and site improvements on an approximately 11.9 acre site, located at the northwest end of Mariani Court; 1447 Mariani Court, Tracy; Assessor’s Parcel Number 250-260-09. The project is consistent with the development density established by the City of Tracy General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified by the Tracy City Council. Therefore, in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15183, no additional environmental review is required. The applicant is William Struett for TW Tracy, LLC.
