The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
Application Number TSM17-0001: Property Owner is Tracy Phase I, LLC and the Applicant is Mike Souza
Public Hearing to consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding an amendment to the conditions of approval for the Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for Tracy Hills Phase 1A, which consists of approximately 417 acres located west of Corral Hollow Road, south of the California Aqueduct, and north of Interstate 580. ZA17-0002: City-Initiated Zone Text Amendment
Public hearing to consider an amendment to the Tracy Municipal Code, Chapter 10.08, Zoning Regulations, Planned Unit Development Ordinance (Article 13) and Development Review Ordinance (Article 30) to redefine the regulations within the ordinances to enable the streamlining of the development process. The project is consistent with the General Plan Environmental Impact Report Certified on February 1, 2011. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner.
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
