03 21 17 CC Public Hearing

The City of Tracy City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
 
SPA16-0007: Amendment to the I-205 Corridor Specific Plan. Applicant is Plaza Six General Partnership and Property Owner is F&F Tracy Properties, LLC.
Public hearing to introduce an ordinance amending the I-205 Corridor Specific Plan that redesignates the property at 3140 W. Grant Line Road (Assessor’s Parcel Number 238-600-07) from Service Commercial to General Commercial and approval of an amendment to the I-205 Corridor Specific Plan Section 4.1.2.3.B to include a provision for commercial center entrance designs in the General Commercial designation. The project is a land use change consistent with the EIR prepared for the Tracy General Plan adopted February 1, 2011 and does not propose any more intensive uses than were analyzed under the EIR. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required for this project. Any future development of this project site will be analyzed in accordance with CEQA. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
            Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
