The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider the following development application:
 
Application Number D16-0026: Development Review for an exterior remodel of the Wendy’s Restaurant located at 725 W. Clover Road, Tracy – The applicant is Norris Mitchell for Joe Johal, Wendy’s of the Pacific, Inc.; the property owners are Paul McCann and Mary McCannThe proposal is an architectural upgrade to remodel the exterior of the existing Wendy’s restaurant at 725 W. Clover Road, Tracy (Assessor’s Parcel Number 214-180-19). The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to the minor alteration of existing structures where there is negligible or no expansion of an existing use. The project planner is Alan Bell, Senior Planner, alan.bell@ci.tracy.ca.us or (209)831-6426.

Tracy Blvd. – The applicant is Paul Pratt and the property owner is Sutter Tracy Community HospitalPublic hearing to consider a Development Review application for an 8-foot high masonry wall, rolling gates and landscaping to screen a medical imaging trailer at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 1420 N.
