The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 19, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D16-0020: Development Review Approval for the construction of a new 210,373 square foot warehouse building and site improvements, located at 1547 East Grant Line Road – Owner is H & E Entertainment Group, LLC, and Applicant is Dan Schack/Schack and CompanyPublic hearing to consider the construction of a new 210,373 square foot warehouse building and associated site improvements. The project is consistent with the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that was prepared for the General Plan and certified on February 1, 2011 in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner.
 
D16-0030: Development Review Approval for the construction of a new 2,100 square foot canopy building and two new 46-ft. tall material silos, located at 426 East Grant Line Road – Owner is Calstone Holdings, LLC, and Applicant is Jim Grossi Public hearing to consider the construction of a new 2,100 square foot canopy building and two new 46-ft. tall material silos. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to existing facilities. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner.
