10 10 16 Director Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 10, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D16-0021: Applicant is HPA and Owner is Prologis – 188 S. Mountain House Parkway, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-120-03.
Public hearing to consider an application for the conversion of truck parking and travel area to automobile (employee) parking area, and site and landscape improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6428, Victoria.lombardo@ci.tracy.ca.us.
 
D16-0024: Applicant is Kier & Wright and Owner is Prologis – 1555 N. Chrisman Road, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 250-020-88 and 250-020-91.
Public hearing to consider an application for the addition of automobile (employee) and truck parking areas, and site and landscape improvements. The project is consistent with the General Plan Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on February 1, 2011. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6428, Victoria.lombardo@ci.tracy.ca.us.
 
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the DS Director, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
