Opening a new business in Tracy? Apply for a business license with the City of Tracy. Our business licenses are divided into five categories and can be obtained from the City of Tracy Finance Department.
Need a permit? Building permits can be obtained from the City’s Building Division. The permit process exists to ensure safety standards are met the City of Tracy requires a permit is obtained before any building, plumbing, electrical mechanical, demolition or sign work is undertaken.
