08 10 16 PC Public Hearing Notice

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider to the following:
 
Application Number CUP16-0005: Proposed Fencing and Indoor Archery Studio – Applicants are Night Life, LLC and Alan C. Gagner, II  and Property Owner is 51 NEWCO, LLC et al– The proposal is to establish a fencing and indoor archery studio, in the building located at 1005 E. Pescadero Avenue. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to existing facilities. D16-0001 and MS16-0001: Applicant is HPA Inc. and Owner is Industrial Property Trust – 1305 Pescadero Ave.
Application for Development Review to construct a 470,800 square foot industrial warehouse shell building with corresponding parking and landscape improvements, and a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the proposed development parcel from the existing YRC parcel at 1305 Pescadero Avenue. The project is consistent with the General Plan EIR, certified by the City Council February 1, 2011. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6428, Victoria.lombardo@ci.tracy.ca.us.
 
ZA16-0003: City-Initiated I-205 Overlay ZoneLand Use and Development Standards for Property Abutting Interstate 205, within the Tracy City Limit, East of Tracy Boulevard. An Overlay Zone to create additional land use and development regulations for property within the Tracy City limit, adjacent to Interstate 205, east of Tracy Boulevard. The project is consistent with the 2011 General Plan EIR. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner.
 
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
