05 11 16 PC Public Hearing Notice

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider to the following:
 
Application Numbers CUP16-0002 and D16-0008: Leprino Foods Silo Expansion at 2401 N. MacArthur Drive – Applicant is E.A. Bonelli & Associates and Property Owner is Leprino Foods– The proposal is to demolish approximately 6,800 square feet of building area and replace it with seven processing silos enclosed by an approximately 50-foot tall screen wall and associated landscaping at the northeast corner of the Leprino Foods processing plant. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to in-fill development projects. Application Number CUP16-0003: Proposed Fitness Training Facility – Applicants are Schack and Company and Property Owner is CDN-CBN Partnership– The proposal is to establish Royal Gymnastics and Sports Academy, a gymnastics/sports recreational use, in the building located at 2151 N. Tracy Boulevard. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to existing facilities. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
