04 27 16 PC Public Hearing Notice

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following: 

CUP14-0013: Continued Public Hearing for the proposed automotive impound yard behind the Advance Auto building located at 1133 W. Eleventh Street – Applicants are Jessie Watson and Michael Thomas and Owners are Hanson Family Partnership Kuldeep Sidhu.
Public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for a 76 foot by 64 foot enclosed automotive impound yard located across two properties addressed 1133 and 1175 W. Eleventh Street, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 232-280-16 & 232-280-17, behind the Advance Auto building at 1133 W. Eleventh Street. This project was previously heard on March 23, 2016 and was continued by the Planning Commission to April 27, 2016. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act requirements under Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development. Application Number SPA16-0004: Applicant is CalAtlantic Homes.
Public Hearing to consider recommendations to the City Council regarding approval of an amendment to the Ellis Specific Plan, which involves changes to the Ellis Pattern Book related to the façade zone, setbacks, encroachments into setbacks, and garage requirements. The Ellis Specific Plan Area consists of approximately 321 acres located between Corral Hollow Road and Lammers Road, in the vicinity of Middlefield Drive. Application Number SPA16-0002: Applicant is Prologis.
Public Hearing to consider recommendations to the City Council regarding approval of an amendment to the Cordes Ranch Specific Plan, which involves changes to the landscape design concepts. The Cordes Ranch Specific Plan Area consists of approximately 1,780 acres located in the general vicinity of Mountain House Parkway and Hansen Road, south of Interstate 205 and north of W. Schulte Road. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, 209-831-6429, or email scott.claar@ci.tracy.ca.us .
 
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
