The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

 

D15-0021: Proposed medical office building and associated parking area improvements at the northwest corner of Corral Hollow Road and Kavanagh Avenue - Applicant is Jamie Knollmiller with Twinsteps, Inc. and Owners are Arburua Properties, LLC, Axton Real Estate & Development, and the City of Tracy - A Development Review application construct an approximately 12,900 square foot medical office building with office and associated parking area improvements across on parcels that are proposed under a separate application to be combined into one parcel at the northwest corner of Corral Hollow Road and Kavanagh Avenue and south of I-205, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 214-020-01, 214-020-02, and 214-020-03. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development. EXT16-0001: Extension of Medical Office Building Previously Approved at 1501, 1507, and 1513 N. Tracy Blvd - Applicant and Owner are Schack & Company, Inc.Public hearing to consider a two-year extension of a Development Review approval of a two-story, 9,590 square foot medical office building (application number D09-0003). The project was originally approved on April 2, 2009 with subsequent approval extensions. The project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per 15332, In-fill Development Projects. The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209) 831-6430, kimberly.matlock@ci.tracy.ca.us.

 

D15-0027: Development Review Approval for the relocation of six existing antennas onto a new antenna mount and add one new antenna per sector for a total of nine antennas and three associated remote radio units to be mounted on the antennas on an existing 122’-6” monopole located at 400 E. Tenth Street    Owner is City of Tracy, and Applicant is Landmark Consulting on behalf of T-Mobile The relocation of six existing antennas onto a new antenna mount and add one new antenna per sector for a total of nine antennas and three associated remote radio units to be mounted on the antennas on an existing 122’-6” monopole. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to existing facilities.  The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner.

 

All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
