03 23 16 PC Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following: 

D15-0022: Proposed Preliminary and Final Development Plan Application for an Auto Inventory Lot - Applicant is Mike Tolhurst and the property owner is Taz and Milena Harvey – 2680 Auto Plaza Drive - Public hearing to consider an application for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for the addition of 1.21 acre (57,700 sq. ft.) Auto Inventory Lot, including landscape and stormwater improvements on the west side of Tracy Mazda, located at 2680 Auto Plaza Drive (APN 212-270-23). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15332, which pertains to in-fill development projects. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner, phone (209) 831-6443.
 
CUP14-0013: Automotive Impound Yard at 1133 and 1175 W. Eleventh Street – Applicants are Jessie Watson and Michael Thomas and Owners are Hanson Family Partnership and Kuldeep Sidhu.
Public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for an automotive impound yard behind the Advance Auto building at 1133 W. Eleventh Street. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act requirements under Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development. The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209) 831-6430.
           
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
 
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
