03 15 16 CC Public Hearing

The City of Tracy City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:

 

47-UNIT, ASPIRE II, RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT PROJECT – The proposal is to amend the General Plan land use designation from Commercial to Residential High (Application Number GPA15-0002), amend the I-205 Corridor Specific Plan designation from General Commercial to High Density Residential (Application Number SPA15-0001), approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Preliminary and Final Development Plan (Application Number D15-0003) for a 47-unit multi-family apartment project, and adopt a Negative Declaration (in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines) for the project.  The project is a proposed second phase to the 301-unit Aspire Apartments, currently under construction.  The approximately 2.28-acre subject property is located on the south side of Auto Plaza Drive, approximately 500 feet east of Power Road, directly across Auto Plaza Drive from the DMV office building (Assessor’s Parcel Number 212-270-24).  The applicant is NorthStar Engineering Group, Inc.  The owner is Tracy 300, LP.  The project planner is Alan Bell, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6426, alan.bell@ci.tracy.ca.us.

 

PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 AND CONSIDERATION OF THE REALLOCATION OF PREVIOUS PROGRAM YEARS FUNDS TO THE HOME REHABILITATION PROGRAM

 

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TRACY INITIATING PROCEEDINGS TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN TO INCLUDE A FISCAL SUSTAINABILITY POLICY AND TO ESTABLISH A NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

 

            All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

 

            Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
