02 24 16 Planning Commission Public Hearing

     The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following: 

CUP15-0008: Proposed Eating and/or Drinking Establishment With Entertainment - Applicant is Harpreet Gill and the property owner is 51 NEWCO LLC – 1005 E. Pescadero Avenue - Public hearing to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an eating and/or drinking establishment with alcohol and entertainment after 11:00 p.m. in the building located at 1005 E. Pescadero Avenue, Unit #109 (APN 213-060-40). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301, which pertains to existing facilities. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, phone (209) 831-6429.
 
D15-0023: Exterior Remodel of Burger King at 2890 W. Grant Line Road. - Applicant is Quikserve Rest. Inc and Owner is R/O 2011 LLC.
Public hearing to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan application for an exterior remodel of an existing fast food and drive-thru restaurant at 2890 W. Grant Line Road. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 pertaining to additions to existing facilities. CUP14-0013: Automotive Impound Yard at 1133 and 1175 W. Eleventh Street – Applicants are Jessie Watson and Michael Thomas and Owner is Kuldeep Sidhu.
Public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for an automotive impound yard behind the Advance Auto building at 1133 W. Eleventh Street. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act requirements under Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development. The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209) 831-6430.
