The City of Tracy City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Tracy Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

 

Application Numbers PUD15-0003 and D14-0027: Amendments to the Southgate Residential Subdivision Approved Architecture and Minimum Rear Yard Setback. Applicant and Property Owner are Bright Development – An amendment to the residential architecture and minimum rear yard setback requirement for the remaining 70 lots in the 71-lot Southgate detached single-family home subdivision located to the south of the western terminus of Schulte Road and east of Mabel Josephine Drive, prior application number 4-99-D approved on January 3, 2006. Middlefield Apartments and Self-Storage Project - Application Numbers PUD12-0002 and D13-0017: Applicant is Pacific Union Land Company, Inc. and Property Owner  is Edgewood Lane Developers, LP – An application to amend the Edgewood Planned Unit Development Concept Development Plan to allow multi-family residential and self-storage land uses at the 10.92-acre site located at the southeast corner of Corral Hollow Road and Middlefield Drive currently designated for neighborhood shopping center use (PUD12-0002) and an application for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan permit for a 144-unit apartment complex with associated parking and recreation areas (D13-0017).  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 pertaining to projects that are consistent with General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified. The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner.

 

All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

 

Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
