11 30 15 Director Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 30, 2015, at  1:30 pm. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

 

D15-0013: Development Review Approval for the construction of a 381,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse building, including 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, along with 292 parking spaces and 92 trailer stalls located at 1700 East Pescadero Road – Owner and Applicant is Pescadero Land Holdings, LLCConstruction of a 381,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse building, including 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, along with 292 parking spaces and 92 trailer stalls. The project is consistent with the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that was prepared for the General Plan and certified on February 1, 2011 in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner.

 

D15-0017: The applicant is John Decker Construction and the property owner is Leprino Foods Company Corporation – 2301 N. MacArthur Drive - An application for Development Review to construct an approximately 444 square foot carport in the existing parking area at 2301 N. MacArthur Drive (Assessor’s Parcel Number 250-270-02).  The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15332.  The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner.

 

All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

 

Should you decide to challenge the decision of the DS Director, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
