11 17 15 City Council Public Hearing

The City of Tracy City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Tracy Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

           

D15-0014: Applicant is DCT Industrial Operating LLC and Owners are Gregg and Robert Christensen – 8450 Arbor Ave. – Application for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan to construct a 795,732 square foot industrial building with corresponding parking and landscape improvements at 8450 Arbor Avenue, and adoption of a finance plan to establish development fees for the DCT Parcel, known as I-205 Parcel M-2, and also described as Assessor’s Parcel Number 213-060-03.  The project is consistent with the General Plan EIR, certified by the City Council February 1, 2011.  The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6428, at victoria.lombardo@ci.tracy.ca.us.

 

Tracy Municipal Code Amendments to implement General Plan Housing Element Programs and related updates and clarifying items – More specifically, the proposed amendments include provisions for the following: title of zoning regulations, boarding and rooming house, emergency shelters, supportive housing, transitional housing, dwelling unit definitions, definition of “family”, manufactured/mobile homes, second units, conditional use permit for a temporary dwelling during construction, and requests for reasonable accommodation to zoning requirements for a disabled person (TMC Chapter 10.08, Articles 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 23).  This City-initiated proposal is consistent with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15183 and no additional CEQA documentation is required.  The project planner is Alan Bell, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6426.

 

All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

 

Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
