Regarding the Tracy Hills Project

The Tracy Hills project consists of approximately 2,732 acres located in the vicinity of the Corral Hollow Road interchange and future Lammers Road interchange with Interstate 580. The Tracy Hills Specific Plan was originally approved in 1998. The City is currently reviewing proposed applications to amend the project. The Tracy Hills Specific Plan anticipates up to 5,499 residential units in primarily low density neighborhoods and over five million square feet of non-residential land uses including office, commercial, and light industrial uses, in addition to parks, schools, and open spaceThe purpose of this Planning Commission Study Session is to discuss the proposed development applications for the Tracy Hills project, including the Draft Specific Plan, the proposed General Plan Amendment, and the Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for Phase 1A. Public comments will be welcome at this meeting.
