This is to advise you that sealed bid proposals for the
 
12TH STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
CIP 73132 & 73134
 
will be accepted by the City of Tracy, City Clerk’s Office, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, California 95376, until:
 
TUESDAY, APRIL 09, 2013 @ 2:00 PM
 
The Project is more specifically defined in the project improvement plans and Contract Documents, but generally includes the following work to be done: installation of approx. 360 lf sidewalk, curb and gutter, including demolition, saw-cutting, grinding and overlay of concrete and asphalt concrete pavement, storm drain, catch basins, curb ramps, and tree removal. The project location is along the south side of 12th Street between Wilson Avenue and Harding Avenue.
 
A Class A, General Engineering Contractor’s License is required for this work.
 
Bids are required for the entire work as described herein, and shall be made upon the Bid Forms included in the attached Bid Documents in accordance with the Notice to Bidders. Bid Documents and Addendums shall be placed on the City Website at www.ci.tracy.ca.us., shall be downloaded and printed for submittal of Bids. Hard copies of the construction documents are not available at the Office of Director for sale.  For technical questions, please call Binh Nguyen at (209) 831-6454.
